I moved to Notes coffee after Taylor Street Barista sold to ugly taste Black sheep. I love Notes Coffee quality! It is my go to coffee on office days. They use fresh beans with reduce acidity and truly notes of nuts and flowers. It must be Ethiopia origin. I love them also because they can make perfect silly milk at perfect temperature for lattes. On top Notes Barista adds really beautiful arts like in photos.
I was looking for a good coffee place at Canada Square to diligently avoid coffee chains like Costa and Pret when this came up on my search box. The phenomenal popularity of Notes was evident even before I went down there when I saw almost everyone carried a cup in hand around Canada Square. Surely enough I was not disappointed with my double Espresso machiato.
