    We sold our house through Hunters after having a recommendation from a neighbour who had previously had a good experience using them. Throughout the process, I found them a refreshing experience compared to agents I’ve used in the past. Sarah was the easiest to talk to of all the agents I had over for valuations and not at all the “wide boy” stereotype, Joseph was a consistent and seemingly honest and straightforward agent for all the viewings and Jill, who managed the post-offer progression was good too. All gave regular updates and it felt like they were on our side throughout. I’d certainly recommend them and would use them again (though don’t want to move again any time soon!!!!).

    Sarah and Dave are absolutely outstanding, they keep me in the loop with all viewings arranged, always follow this up with thorough feedback on each visit and their stance, accepted an offer and they only took it off the market when all the vetting was 100% confirmed. Dave works very hard and often respond to emails out of normal operating hours. I had a bad experience with my previous agent who were poor with communications and had an attitude. Hunters can keep my property until it sells even if it doesn’t right now due to the current market of mortgages.

    I had such a great experience buying my flat through Hunters Forest Hill a few months ago! I was a second time buyer and after a few experiences with other estate agents, I cannot praise enough the overall service I received with Hunters Forest Hill, even if I knew they were working for the vendor. I dealt with Sarah, Dave and Janae, and have found them all friendly and professional. For me, it started with descriptions on their ads which included everything I needed from a buyer’s perspective, from highlighting everything that justifies the flat’s value, but also pointing out what differentiates it from other flats alongside good photos and videos (they also always included floorplans, details of the lease and service charge/ground rent – unlike lots of other estate agents advertising on RM). This continued with the viewings, where they gave honest advice and helped me decide if this was the flat for me, which is quite rare amongst agents out there. I also felt valuations were correct and from that moment I decided to only view properties through Hunters Forest Hill. After my offer was accepted, they kept me posted on the progress via their sales progression team (the lady was also very friendly and professional). Something I would like to commend them for too is the after-sales customer service. I had a couple of queries a few months after the purchase/sale was concluded and they helped me, which they didn’t have to, and this was greatly appreciated. For sure when comes the time to sell my flat, I will definitely instruct Hunters Forest Hill to act for me.

    We sold our flat through Hunters and were really happy with the service we recieved from Joseph and Sarah. We felt that they were totally on our side throughout the process and gave us frequent, great advice. Selling a property can be a stressful process but thanks to Hunters it was easy for us. Would definitly recommend anyone looking to sell their property.

    An odd experience with Hunters Forrest Hill. Asked me the same set of ten questions twice, once on the phone and once by email. The sales negotiator Sarah Myford writes curt, cold emails, never bothering to address you or sign off as one would expect. As a buyer, I would expect a much more proactive approach from an estate agency, i.e. a telephone call back, an update on when we might get a viewing (instead I am chasing them) etc. Leaves one feeling rather confused.
