Compared to the other agents I had previously dealt with, the Foxtons team were by far the most professional. Both Simon and Charlie were absolutely brilliant in advising me and working with me on the sale. They worked tirelessly on arranging viewings and once an offer had been accepted, constantly remained in contact, reassuring me and keeping me updated. I felt in very safe hands with both Charlie and Simon and would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling their home. Thank you both, once again!
Simon, Charlie and the team at Foxtons Crystal Palace did a great job with the sale of our property. The agents showing the property were always contactable and helpful and provided feedback in a timely manner after each viewing. They secured two offers for us and, in the latter stages of our sale, Simon in particular was extremely helpful in helping move the transaction towards completion. While Foxtons were more expensive than other agents in our area, they delivered on both price and service and we would definitely recommend them to others in the area.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. I've honestly never had a better level of service and partnership from any provider than I've had with Simon Darvill and Michaela McHugh at Foxtons Crystal Palace office. From day 1 during an initial, pre-listing meeting in my flat, Simon has been a joy to work with. His professionalism and friendliness meant I trusted him from the get-go. My flat was only on the market for 7 days before going under offer, which was fantastic news. The best part of this experience has been how Simon and Michaela have guided and supported me and my partner through some difficult times. Through no fault of Foxtons', we ran into some issues with our first offer and had to re-list. As before, it was not long at all until we were under offer again (a sale struck by Michaela, who has been a joy to work with from her very first viewing with the buyer). During all the typical ups-and-downs felt by all sellers during any house sale process - they have both been incredibly supportive, understanding, genuine, empathetic and hardworking in ensuring me and my partner got the best outcome possible. I honestly don't think we would have completed the sale had it not been for their expertise, support and guidance throughout the entire process. If like me, you are considering Foxtons along with other providers - all I can say is that in my experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Once again, Simon and Michaela are a credit to the company and have both been incredible. Their partnership and support is one I'm never likely to forget. Thank you, guys!
Not impressed one bit with Foxtons Crystal Palace. Haven't been with them long. They owe me £125 from this months rent money despite me asking where is it numerous times. I was told sorry for the delay but still waiting 10 days later. Will be taking my business somewhere else if this carries on. Up date one month on. Foxtons have now underpaid my rent money for the second month on the trot. I have emailed them and surprise surprise got an automatic reply they are 'out of the office on annual leave'. I would strongly advise NOT to use Foxtons or at least the Crystal Palace branch.
