Had an excellent time. Went here for a birthday dinner for my mum , lamb was so tender and juicy, halloumi was great double southern comfort was a nice good and cheap price. Enjoyed with family. Nice and busy and very clean. Would definitely recommend, waiter was lovely
Food is good, but I felt they are extremely pushy. They push to buy some drinks even if you don’t want them. They are selling Russian coffee with Russian vodka. It means they are supporting Russia during the Russian war against Ukraine. The meals are big. They gave us souses after they gave us food and we started to eat. Looks like they forgot about them. When we haven’t finished to drink our water they quickly took everything away without asking us if we finished or not. Then they gave us the bill without asking us if we are finished and are ready to check out. Too pushy. To expensive. Terrible coffee. Food is alright but I will not come here. They don’t know English well. It is difficult to communicate with them. Not recommend them.
Excellent service and extraordinary tasting traditional Turkish cuisine. They have an excellent Vegan option too. A nice family feeling atmosphere kind of restaurant. Service with a warm.smile. The portion sizes are really large and great value for money and they have many money saving options on the menu. I really enjoyed the food and received a great deal of friendly and welcoming service from the manager and staff.
Pleasant restaurant, ambiance was lovely, presentation of food good. tasted fresh and was cooked well and delivered hot. Salad enjoyable. However, some issues were encountered. Booked table for four people with Groupon voucher only three was in attendance. Were told that our main meal value was up to £13 but there was no main meal under that amount. With that in mind I asked whether the order which we placed over the value (£13) could be offset with the value of the fourth person who was not there and was told they could not do this, which we could not understand. Discretion could have been applied here. Added to this, there was a lengthy pause between the starter and the main meal (45 minutes), the starter dishes were not removed whilst we were being presented with the main meals and they had to be told to move the dirty plates and at no point were we asked if the meal was OK or if we needed anything else like more drinks etc I was with two sisters one had fish and the other had a meat dish and they were unable to eat it all so they asked for it to be a take away and when the female staff came back they had mixed all the meals in one takeaway container. Totally unacceptable. Should have been two different takeaway containers!!! Neither one was able to enjoy the take away! Overall a good restaurant but need to use their discretion and not to assume that all parties live in the same household and to ask periodically about the need for more drinks or if everything is OK with meals.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Been here for a couple of times before going on holiday. It's always been a lovely experience to be served by Albert or Meriam, they are both professionals, knew anything about the food and very accommodating. Neither one of them was there last night, sorry but the new servers of this restaurant has zero knowledge of costumer service. They treat the restaurant as their playground, shouting and fighting one another, know nothing about their food and don't know how to treat costumers right.
